Are All Products Original?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products are hand painted and handled by Nat. C. Merchandise are handled and manufactured by Nat. C's partner Printful and it is stated in the product description.
Who Makes These Products?
Nat. C hand paints each original product, and also produces the designs for merchandise.
Shipping
How Much is Shipping?
Where available, Auspost Courier, Express and Standard shipping costs are included as options at checkout based on parcel rates. Shipping costs differ by territory and not all territories include all three options. For these territories, free express shipping is included when the total order amount is-
Within Australia : $50 and above
Rest of the World: $100 and above
When Can I Expect to Receive My Product/ Why Am I Unable to Complete Shipping?
Nat. C uses Australia Post, and due to coronavirus delays they are unfortunately unable to provide a delivery estimate for either Standard or Express Delivery, but here are some guidelines. For more specific rates, refer to the rates included with your chosen shipping option at checkout as delivery estimates vary by territory.
Within Australia & New Zealand - Express: 3 - 8 business days
Within Australia & New Zealand - Standard: 6 - 12 business days
Rest of the World - Express: 6 - 14 business days
Rest of the World - Standard: 12 - 15 business days
*Please note that any items handled by Nat. C's partner Printful may be shipped from other countries and will arrive separately.
Cirrus Fine Art Atelier aims to ship to as many countries as possible, but may not ship to countries where Auspost does not offer Auspost Express/Standard Shipping, or which do not accept parcels from Australia.
Who Should I Contact for Shipping Queries?
Please email info@cirrusfineartatelier.shop with any queries and you'll be responded to in a swift manner within 2 business days. Nat. C strives to support you as much as possible.
Returns
Nat. C is currently not accepting returns but you may be eligible for a refund or a discount if your items have arrived damaged. For any claims please email info@cirrusfineartatelier.shop with an image and description or use the contact form.
Please note that delayed shipping is not a cause for returns due to coronavirus delays and estimated shipping times have been stated here in the FAQ section.
Please allow for some lighting differences but items should be represented accurately in product images as promised.
Commissions
Nat. C is currently accepting commissions on a case-by-case basis and is open to personal and institutional projects. Please reach out at cirrusatelier@gmail.com or through Instagram DMs
